I have been having a great time over the last few days interviewing Blytheco customers for our nominations for the Sage Customer Awards.
The Sage Customer Awards are given annually to customers with notable achievements in five categories: Best Use of Multiple Sage Solutions, Community Stewardship, Extraordinary Customer Experience, Innovation, and Lifetime Achievement. Winners receive an expenses-paid trip to Sage Summit, an annual customer conference (held this July in Washington, DC) and recognition in an exclusive ceremony at Summit.
I’m learning that our customers are pretty cool and understanding, both individually and as companies. These organizations are doing some really fascinating – and in some cases, inspiring work.
Two customers I spoke with last week work in agriculture: one is a tomato grower/processor and the other is a manufacturer of greenhouses and shade structures for use in retail and home environments. Both have flourished in the recession because many people have chosen to stay home and take care of their plants instead of traveling and shopping. Each of these companies has incredible stories of perseverance and innovation. They’ve definitely got what it takes to be nominated for a Sage Customer Award.
Our clients are excited to talk about their businesses, and we learn from listening. It’s really a unique privilege to be able to help them achieve and solve problems. So to you, both past and future customers, I say thank you for sharing and helping us better our practices so that we can better serve you.
Now, if you’re a Sage customer and you’ve got a story to tell, share it and perhaps you too can get nominated for a Sage Customer Award!
