“If there is no price to be paid, it is also not of value.”
Albert Einstein, Aphorisum, June 20, 1927. Einstein Archive 35-582
Many of us are still overwhelmed with the slow economic recovery, and because of this we have forgotten that there are many things of value to be paid for – I know I’ve forgotten. Businesses are continuously looking for ways to save money, but at what price? We have all heard the saying that you get what you pay for. Have we all lost touch of this?
Do you believe that your business provides great value? As a leader you must identify the value that your organization will give to its customers. Spend significant time deliberating and defining what exactly this value will mean for your company and its stakeholders.
This is the type of business that we should all be in, whether it is interactions with customers, or interactions amongst business partners, or employees– VALUE is what we should strive to provide.
