Quick Find – You can now search through your SageCRM records more quickly and effortlessly. With a more dynamic tool, you’re able to search across the entire application for custom and standard records. The search bar, now located in the upper right corner, shows throughout the system. With the global keyword search, Quick Find will help you locate that keyword anywhere from within the platform – whether the keyword is listed in a record, in the customer’s information, activity, or hidden in your notes, Quick Find will locate it.
Alerts – Even more exciting, your notifications will no longer disrupt your work. Notifications are now located at the top right corner of your screen, keeping your workspace free from obstructions. You also have the ability to snooze or dismiss your alerts with a simple click. You can also use DataBridge information to generate automatic alerts that show up in a more efficient way.
Favorites – With the new favorites feature you’re able to organize your go-to items and records to easily access them with one simple click. The favorites star is located up in the right corner, making it easy for you to find your way back to the clients, records, accounts, notes, and other information that you find the most critical. Keep an eye on hot prospects and critical customer orders. You no longer have to fumble to and from various pages. Simply click the star to toggle on and off.
Views – You have the ability to switch from week, to day, to work week without losing detailed information on upcoming tasks and appointments. You’ll be able to see from the perspective that best fits the information you need to see from within that moment. In addition to that, you’ll be able to apply various filters based on activities, assign appointments appropriately, and res-assign tasks in seconds.
Collaboration – With the enhanced team calendar, it’ll be easier to stay up to date on your teams’ activities.
Agendas – Rather than having multiple items to manage, the new visual agenda provides the ability to manage appointments and tasks from on list.
Tasks – Now tasks have a dedicated task fo easy access and task management.
